The Public Entity Division at Jackson Dieken & Associates began in 1996 through our affiliation with Associated Risk Managers of Ohio (ARM).

We offer Property and Casualty coverage designed specifically for cities, villages, townships, counties, park districts and water districts. In conjunction with our partner carriers, our goal is to bring exceptional coverage and service to the public entity marketplace.

Today, we are the marketing manager for Tokio Marine HCC Public Risk in Ohio and Kentucky. Our team of over 20 agencies specialize in municipal insurance and are geographically spread throughout Ohio and Kentucky.

Additionally, we have close relationships with other A+ rated insurance carriers offering traditional insurance plans as well as self-insured retention programs.
